Junior College: Butler County Community College

High School: Goodland

Hometown: Goodland, Kan.

Position: Fullback

Height: 6-0

Weight: 244

My Assessment: In limited viewing, he proved to be a blocker. He is more of a finesse blocker than power blocker. He positions himself well to make the block. He certainly fills a defined role. He can be a lead blocker, but probably will not help in the passing game - like Mike Henry did.

Gophersports.com Overview: Enrolled at Minnesota in January 2014 - will participate in spring practice - will have two years of playing eligibility left at Minnesota.

Previous School: Attended Butler County Community College - team was 9-2 last year - carried the ball three times and also caught four passes - blocked for an offense that rushed for 1,908 yards and passed for 2,324.

High School: A 2012 graduate of Goodland High School - rushed for 152 and two touchdowns on 53 carries as a senior - rushed for 558 yards and five touchdowns on 143 career passes for 424 yards and two scores during his career - finished his high school career with 276 tackles, which included 94 during his senior year and 114 as a junior - coached by Kent Teeter.
