High School: Central

Hometown: Brookfield, Wisc.

Position: Offensive Line

Height: 6-7

Weight: 275

My Assessment: He is very athletic for a blocker his size. He still needs to improve his strength. He may benefit from a redshirt season to add good strength and hone his technique. He can get out in space and open a hole. He needs to improve his power blocking and physicality.

Overview: Ranked as a two-star prospect by Scout, Rivals and 247Sports - Scouts lists him as the No. 127 offensive tackle in the nation, while 247Sports has him as the No. 181 tackle and No. 20 player in Wisconsin.

ESPN Analysis: Long and athletic frame - flashes upper body pop and explosion - displays the balance and agility needed to change direction - nimble feet and wing span should be assets in pass protection - ability to quick set and slide, staying in front of rushers - plays with a good base - has the athleticism needed to recover and get out of trouble - good run blocker at the first and second levels - can cut off backside penetration and gain front side leverage - blocking base and leg drive allow him to adjust to movement and sustain - good job of chipping to second level defenders - tough customer with a very good finishing effort - looks to punish when possible.

High School: Attends Brookfield High School - helped lead team to 7-3 overall record and a 5-2 conference mark - three-year starter and team captain - protected for an offense that rushed for 3,006 yards and 47 touchdowns - also served as the team’s long snapper - recorded 20 tackles, including one tackle-for-loss on defense - named second team All-State on offense and was named to NOW All-Suburban Football Team - named Greater Metro Conference first-team all-conference election and GMC Offensive Lineman of the Year - coached by Jamie Meulmans.
