Minnesota Golden Gopher head coach Jerry Kill wants guys with the right the character, attitude and passion. He also wants good football players that fit his system.
The Minnesota Golden Gopher football team signed 19 players on National Signing Day that the coaching staff hopes will fit those traits over their remaining eligibility.
Here is one of those recruits; tight end Nate Wozniak.
High School: Center Grove (Ind.)
Hometown: Greenwood, Ind.
Height: 6-9
Weight: 258
My analysis: Limited viewing - big target at the goal line - good release off the line of scrimmage - good hands - finds the soft spots in coverage - very good blocker - drives defenders back or out of the way.
ESPN's analysis: Towering tight end - displays good flexibility and can keep his pads down for a taller kid - solid bulk and can move his feet well - can deliver a good initial pop - will battle when asked to fire off and drive blockers back.
