4J Studios, the development studio handling Minecraft: The Xbox 360 Edition and several other versions, has provided a short status update for when Minecraft: The Xbox 360 Edition will receive title update 14. According to a Tweet made by the official 4J Studios Twitter account from Feb. 7, it appears that Minecraft TU14 is still a ways off from being released and the contents of the update may change before it sees release.
While answering questions from fans on Twitter, 4J Studios was asked about the status of Minecraft title update 14 and if the development studio was willing to share an estimated time of arrival for the highly anticipated update. In response to this question, 4J Studios responded by stating that there is still much work to be done on Minecraft TU14 before it is ready for certification testing. Furthermore, another fan asked what will be included in Title Updated 14, to which 4J Studios replied that a complete list of new content and fixes will be made available once the update is sent for certification as things can change leading to release. Find 4J Studios’ entire statement below:

Minecraft is currently available on Xbox 360 and PS3. 4J Studios are currently developing Minecraft: PS4 Edition, Minecraft: Xbox One Edition, and Minecraft: PS Vita along with TU14. Once TU14 is released, the studio will turn its full attention on finishing and releasing the PS4, Xbox One, and PS Vita version of the title.
