4J Studios provided a first look at the nature texture pack for the video game, “Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition.” According to several messages from the official Twitter page of the studio on Oct. 15, a spokesperson showed off some of the elements from the upcoming downloadable content.
The new media assets take a look at the build block changes with the nature texture pack. One of the possible creations with the DLC was also showcased. You can check out the new screens, as well as some other shots from the console port of “Minecraft,” in the slideshow near the top of this article.
The aforesaid texture pack feature was introduced with the TU12 patch for “Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition.” The new DLC type allows player to change the look of the environments.
The nature texture pack currently does not have an official price tag and release date. However, the recently-released plastic texture pack was priced at $1.00 and came with a free trial allowing users to try out the product before deciding whether or not to buy it. The upcoming DLC should follow a similar release structure.
4J Studios is the company responsible for updating “Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition,” which was first released in 2012 for the Xbox 360 current-generation system, with new patches and downloadable contents. The development team is also working on porting “Minecraft” to the PS3, PS4, Playstation Vita and Xbox One platforms.
