'Minecraft' 1.6 update song is better than a boring changelog

Does digging though an arm's length changelog to find out all the details of the 1.6 update to the PC version of Minecraft seem kind of dull? Good news then as a music video was released Wednesday that sums up the entire update in an entertaining fashion. And yes, that means plenty of horses too.

Leaping horses!

The music video runs through the gamut of changes for the 1.6 horse update from resource packs to hay bales to horses all sung by YouTube user YourMCAdmin. He's been producing update songs since the 1.3 release last August.

You can check out the music video in our video gallery. The Minecraft 1.6 pre-release is currently available to download straight from Mojang's website. The official release will be deployed on Monday, July 1.

Those interested in reading the changelog instead of watching the music video should head over to the always resourceful Minecraftwiki to get the full details. It is simply too lengthy to post here.
