Mindy McCreadys sad last days.

Mindy McCready's Last days had to be horrible. It is unknown why she shot her beloved dog first or why her house was found in such a state of dishevel with filth and dog feces everywhere. I am not writing this article to dis Mindy. I am writing it because I wish someone had told her there was hope and another way out.

It doesn't make a person weak to admit they are considering suicide, it also doesn't make them mental or a nut case. It means they are hurting and need help.

Telling a friend how your feeling is the first step, let them know so they can help you. If you don't want to talk to a friend or a family member there are online resources and even resources on face book. There are people who love you and want to help you with the hurts your feeling or the problems your facing in life there is always another way out. Suicide is not always the answer.

Churches are also there to help and many church broadcast have outreaches for those who have addictions or who are considering suicide. (Even though these two topics aren't even closely related.) A person doesn't have to be on drugs to want to consider suicide. We all get down from time to time and it is how you handle those down times.

Make sure you have a good friend who is willing to listen and is unbiased. Someone who will listen and that you can trust. A preacher will also listen, explain to him or her what your dealing with and how your coping with the problems they can recommend help groups or hotlines to help prevent even worse depression. I also like to keep the bible handy the book of Psalms is very relaxing and helps with any problems. I recommend it to anyone who is hurting or down.

I wish singer Mindy McCready could have had a second chance or a friend she could have counted on to get her help and to prevent her suicide. I know the things she had been facing at the time were horrible and unimaginable. There is hope out there it does get better and there are suicide hot lines and help groups that help those who are considering suicide. I wish Mindy could have found one.
