Jan. 29 finds country music singer Mindy McCready still in mourning after the Jan. 14 death of boyfriend, music producer David Wilson. Wilson, 35, passed away early in the evening and no details were released regarding his death at that time. McCready had asked for their privacy during their period of mourning.
That period has ended. The National Enquirer reported last week that the police were investigating the death, ruling it a suicide. This week a new report circulates that Mindy is being questioned regarding the death. David, McCready’s “soulmate” and the father of her nine- month-old-son Zayne, was reported as having a “self-inflicted” gunshot wound.
McCready is not a suspect in the death, but she “doesn’t know” whether he committed suicide or if he was murdered. The Cleburne County Sheriff’s office said it could take “weeks for the crime lab to complete their tests.”
