Mindy McCready’s life just keeps taking turn for the worse. According to E! News on Feb. 6, Mcready’s two children have been removed from her care as of this morning.
Sources for E! News have confirmed that Zander, who is six years old, and Zayne, who is nine months old, were removed from McCready’s home this morning by the Arkansas Division of Children ad Family Services.
According to sources, Mindy has been very depressed and unhappy since the death of David Wilson. Wilson was the father of nine month old Zayne. It was only eight days ago that Mindy denied killing Wilson or having anything to do with his death.
The death of David Wilson is still under investigation as friends and family cannot understand why he would have shot himself.
E! News also reported earlier today that Wilson was arrested Christmas Eve. Wilson was buying some last minute items and forgot something while he in line and the store was closing. He was told he could not get anything else due to the store closing. Wilson got an attitude and freaked out and was arrested in the parking lot.
Police records show that Wilson spent a brief time in jail for the disorderly conduct offense, but was released later after paying bond.
According to another source for E! News, Mindy McCready was reportedly to appear for a hearing in Cleburne County Circuit Court today. There is no other information as to what the hearing was for.
