Mindy McCready's reps reveals her son is with the country singer and safe (vid)

Florida law officials stated on November 30, 2011 that a missing person's report has been filed for the -year-old son of country singer Mindy McCready. McCready has been ordered by Florida officials to return the child.
 
Mindy McCready's mother has custody of the the country singer's 5 -year-old- son, Zander, but Reuter's reported that Mindy has visitation rights.
 
McCready was reported to have taken Zander from the boys grandfather's home in Cape Coral, Florida according to the Florida Department of Children and Families.
 
Terry Field from DCF stated "We were made aware yesterday (November 29, 2011) that Mindy and her son are no longer present at the approved visitation home of the maternal grandfather."
 
Reps from McCready's camp released a  statement saying that Mindy claims that Zander has been with her for over a month and was safe and healthy. They also added that Florida law officials spoke with Zander and saw him on November 9, 2011 via Skype conference.

"Ms McCready, 36, is best known for her 1996 debut album 'Ten Thousand Angels' and the hit single 'Guys Do It All The Time' McCeady's last single titled "I'm Still Here" charted in 2010, but her biggest headlines came from a number of dysfunctional incidents including addiction,  abuse and the release of a sex tape. 
 
In 2005 Mindy made huge news headlines after ex- boyfriend Billy McKnight was arrested and charged with the attempted murder of McCready, which was followed by a couple of suicide attempts by Mindy, one when she was pregnant with McKnight's baby.
 
 
Mindy's abusive lifestyle landed her a stint on season 3 of 'Celebrity Rehab With Dr. Drew' airing in January of 2010, but by May she was hospitalized once again for a possible drug overdose.
 
The tragic and violent turmoil that is Mindy McCready's life cost he her career, the custody of her son and a number of arrests, which may be followed by a new one if McCready fails to comply with the Florida Law officials orders to return her son Zander to his custodial grandparents home immediately.
 
Sue M of Cincinnati stated "Sadly it appears that Mindy McCready is still suffering from some mental issues, she has had a really tragic life, and what a shame she was such a talented singer. I hope she makes the right decisions where he so is concerned and continues to seek medical treatment and eventually gets custody other son and her career back soon."
