Mindy McCready strangely left some very personal information for her two sons with her private investigator Danno Hanks just before she tragically ended her life last Sunday. On Wednesday, Feb. 20, Rumor Fix reported that it got an exclusive with Mindy McCready's private investigator about the very personal conversations.
Danno Hanks states that before McCready's apparent suicide she was very adamant about what she wanted to happen to her two sons, Zander, six, and Zayne, 10 months, if something happened and she wasn't around.
According to Danno, Mindy McCready said, "if she was to lose the children to CFS [Division of Children and Family Services], the last thing she wanted was for them to go back to her mother.”
Mindy McCready had hired Danno to help with her long custody battle with her mother Gayle Inge.
Because of Mindy’s extremely unstable life, past issues with the law, and drug and alcohol addictions, she had lost custody of her children several times and they often stayed in the care and custody of their grandmother Gayle for long periods of time.
Danno reveals that right before Christmas, Mindy had finally won the long and painful custody battle and had a wonderful holiday as a family, according to her rep.
Hanks also claims that since Mindy McCready's tragic death, she would want her kids to be with her aunt, and that just before her death Mindy was making plans for her aunt to move in with her just days before her suicide..
Before Mindy McCready tragically ended her her life on Sunday, she was in the process of appealing to CFS to get her children back from foster care.
As previously reported Mindy McCready's sons were taken from her when she was court ordered to enter a treatment facility a few weeks ago after her father Tim McCready petitioned the courts, and was approved by a judge, the singer was accused of not caring for her children and substance abuse. He also stated he believed Mindy may have been suicidal.
"Since boyfriend (David Wilson) shot himself she has been in bed for 3 wks," wrote her father. "Sleeps all day. Drinks all night and is taking Rx drugs. Not bathing or even helping take care of her 2 children."
