Reports have surfaced that country singer Mindy McCready is dead at the age of 37 after an apparent suicide. E! News reports her body was found in Heber Springs, AR late on Sunday, Feb. 17, 2013.
Neighbors said that they hear gunshots at McCready's house and called the police. Sources have told E! News that "she shot herself and the dog."

It is being reported that McCready's father, Tim McCready, had been staying with her at her home until Sunday morning. That was when he returned to his home in Florida. One source says that "she was in good spirits" when her father left, and that she "seemed to be fine."
It's been a rough few months and a rough life for McCready who tweeted "Things have been hectic. But I'm still here..," in January.
Since then though, things got even worse for McCready Just about a month ago, McCready's boyfriend David Wilson died at the age of 34. His death is still under investigation and there have been no details released and not even the cause of death.
McCready's two children, Zander (six) and Zayne (nine-months) were taken from her home by authorities in Arkansas.
"Mindy needs to get help and we all care and love her and we want her to get the right help so she can move on. She is in a bad state right now, depressed and unhappy. It is not good," a source told E! News when the children were removed.
McCready's father had recently had some things to say about his daughter when she was ordered to enter an in-patient facility for treatment.
"Since boyfriend (David Wilson) shot himself she has been in bed for 3 wks," her father said in court documents. "Sleeps all day. Drinks all night and is taking Rx drugs. Not bathing or even helping take care of her 2 children."
