Mimi Fishman and Waterwheel Auction closing in December 1

According to Phish.net, The Mimi Fishman Foundation and the WaterWheel Foundation joint auction will close on Wednesday, Dec. 1.

This is their third joint on-line charity auction this year, which features many Phish items including ticket packages to Worcester and Madison Square Garden Shows on the upcoming New Years tour and signed Phish posters from 2010 Summer/Falls shows.

There are also New Years ticket and poster packages for Yonder Mountain String Band and Umphrey’s McGee.

According to MimiFishman.org, Mimi, John Fishman's mother, was diagnosed with glaucoma as a teenager. She passed away in 2001, but she spent many years educating the public in early treatment for glaucoma at an early age. Mimi spoke to various audiences and functions in an effort to spread the word about early treatment.
