The City of Waukesha Parks, Recreation and Forestry Department is bringing back its annual JanBoree for the 28th consecutive year. Held throughout the city of Waukesha at various locations, over thirty events will try to make you embrace the frosty weather instead of hiding from it. A free trolley runs from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. during the weekend, taking participants to four different locations, every half hour.
Examples of events include:
- Ice Sculpting Demos
- Fireworks
- Magic and Talent Shows
- Penguin Egg Hunts
- Bocce Ball
- Sledding
- Indoor Ice Skating
- Horse-Drawn Wagon Rides
- And more!
The Waukesha JanBoree runs from Jan 18 – Jan 20. Most events are free. For more information, visit their website at http://www.janboree.org/index.html
