With 12 games to go in the AHL regular season, the Milwaukee Admirals sit in 6th place in the Western Conference with 73 points, 4 points behind Abbotsford and 2 points ahead of the Rockford Icehogs. With a 4-game road trip ending tonight in Rochester against the Americans, the Admirals look to find the road form they had in Toronto just a few nights ago. Milwaukee is playing in Rochester for the first time since 2006. In the first meeting this year between the Amerks and the Admirals, Milwaukee was a 2-1 overtime winner thanks to a pair of goals from Charles Olivier Roussel.

With 2 very important points on the line tonight, the Admirals send Marek Mazanec between the pipes to take on Rochester. Scott Darling started and got the overtime shootout loss in the previous match-up this season. Mazanec is 12-9-3 in 24 appearances.
