On last night's Bravo episode of "Millionaire Matchmaker," Patty Stanger was teaching a class of women how to flirt with a guy. She met with her staff and complained that chivalry is dead. Rachel told her they have a new millionaire client, and it is Denise Richards' father, Irv. Patty has been begging Irv to do this, and now it finally happened.
Irv has been a widower since he lost his wife to cancer. He is 62 years-old and a real estate investor. His wife died about three years ago, and he has been living with Denise to help out with the grandchildren. His celebrity crush is Felicity Huffman, but she is married to William H. Macy. Patty gets her staff to work looking for a woman who resembles Felicity. Irv is a sweetheart who Patty just loves. He is ready, willing and able to find his next soul mate. Irv will be sitting behind a two-way mirror with Denise as Patty interviews the candidates.
Next Patty visits Stephanie, a 30-year-old millionaire who has a distinctive voice; something like a cartoon character. She is looking for a mate, and she is worth big bucks. She has dated losers in the past, and needs Patty's help. Patty set the rules for Stephanie to follow and plans to introduce her to a few candidates, and she introduced Irv to Stephanie to watch the interviews. She wants Stephanie to treat Irv like her father and critique the candidates. Irv found the woman he liked the best and had to leave with Denise to pick up the kids from school. Des stood in with Stephanie to help her behind the two-way mirror.
As Patty interviewed the men, she asked pertinent questions. Patty pulls no punches when it came to her choices and did not want her to choose her previous douche bag types. Most men were losers, in Patty's estimation and she told them to their faces.
Stephanie went to the Wildlife Learning Center to meet Bradley. The both love animals and got to touch them as they got to know each other. Bradley seems to have a story relating to a movie about every animal he sees and is surprised that Stephanie is not very familiar with movies. She thinks he is a dork, but not a douche bag. They go to dinner next. Stephanie was not happy when he said that he was on over four hundred dates.
As Irv meets Sherilee at his home, where he hired a personal chef to make them a memorable meal. They got along very well and seemed to be a perfect match. Irv seemed very happy with his choice. The connection was made, and a future date will be in Yosemite, where neither of them have ever been.
Bradley called Patty the next day, and she quickly got off the phone with him because Stephanie was coming in. She did not make a match with Bradley, but Irv's match was awesome, and they are dating. Denise is thrilled that her father has found love again and so is Patty.
Stephanie will be looking for fewer dorky guys in the future, but ones who are gainfully employed thanks to the "Millionaire Matchmaker."
