'Millionaire Matchmaker' on Bravo deals with 'Alpha Females'

On last night's Bravo episode of "Millionaire Matchmaker," Patty Stanger had the challenge of setting up two female millionaires with suitable mates. Patty has her work cut out for her because women millionaires are much more picky than men when it comes to seeking a man.

Shonda is the first millionaire; she is 41 and has previously won body builder competitions. She is the founder of Rock Star Bikinis. Her celebrity crushes are Donald Trump and Kevin Costner. He is a hero worshiper type that is looking for what Patty suspects is the Clark Kent type on the outside and Superman on the inside, Patty calls her a wounded bird type.

The next millionaire is Angela. She is 37, was married for ten years, and is a writer and blogger. She is independent and has a 12-year-old son. She is attracted to the Ari Gold from Entourage type. Her ex is a serial dater that has probably been on a hundred dates since the divorce, while she has been on only a few. Patty met with Angela and got to know her. She has been divorced for three years. She lives in Boca and is still friends with her ex and Patty thinks that her ex should help choose his successor. Patty will have a dinner-party type meeting for her, rather than a mixer. Patty spoke to her ex to ask him if he helped do the picking, and he agreed.

When Patty met with Shonda, who lost fifty pounds, became a body builder and the founder of her own company. She gave four years of her life to a man who cheated on her. She needs help and put her faith in Patty.

Greg, Angela's ex came to meet with Patty and see the recruiting session. The first man came in, and she did not like what he was wearing, the next man was British, and the men went from good to better, and back and forth. A bit of jealousy showed through Greg as he perused the men. Needing another man for Shonda, Patty convinced Greg to attend the mixer for her.

The women sat together and met with Dr. Pat Allen, the therapist who coached the women and gave them some good tips before the mixer. When introduced, the three for Angela were there, there were only two for Shonda, until Greg was introduced. Each woman had a date with the three men and from there; they would choose who they wanted for the master date. Patty took Angela aside and believed that Gage was the Ari Gold type, but Angela wanted to punch him in the face. Angela chose Jeff. Shonda chose John; the British gentleman and Patty was disappointed at both choices.

For Angela's date, she met Jeff at a shooting range. Angela has never gone skeet shooting before. This brought out her competitive juices; she believed that she beat him although Jeff was willing to call it a tie.

Shonda met John at a bar he liked where she learned how to make a drink at a place called Mixology, and they had a good time.

Angela and Jeff went to have a drink later, and Jeff had his friend come and play music for them while they danced. She could not help her take charge attitude, but Jeff tried to keep her in line.

Shonda and John went to dinner as they got to know each other. As John asked her questions, she did not appreciate the job interview type of questions. Although she did have fun, no second date was planned.

When Patty called Jeff, she asked about the date, when he told Patty that they went skeet shooting, she hung up on him. Asking Angela about the date, she told Patty she enjoyed the skeet shooting, but her competitive side won out. Jeff asked Angela for a second date, but she declined.

Patty knows that when the clients do not listen to her, they will be disappointed, making it a tough job being a "Millionaire Matchmaker."
