'Millionaire Matchmaker' meets 'The NFL Kicker & the Workaholic' on Bravo

On tonight's Bravo episode of "Millionaire Matchmaker," Patty Stanger had the challenge of setting up two millionaires with suitable mates. One of them is retired NFL punter, Mitch Berger and the other is Joe, a workaholic who needs help attracting a girl.

As the episode opens, Mitch has sent in a video, as Patty, watches it with her staff, he loves to take care of a woman, but wants someone who wants to take care of him too. Mitch is from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, and he is 40-years-old. He wants lots of kids. He has also won a Super Bowl XLIII when he was with the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Joe Moller is a VIP event planner, 37 from Anaheim, Calif. He owns his own company and is ridiculously cocky. So Patty went to meet Joe and see what makes him tick. His ideal is Eva Mendes, and Patty knows that there is a bit of humility inside him, she just has to chip away at the exterior.

She went to meet Mitch, who works out a lot and is now a venture capitalist. His ideal is Jessica Beal. Patty brought in John Salley to meet with Mitch and help find a woman. He also has found his life-long love after spending time in the NBA.

They interviewed the women, who were interested in marriage, and they found quite a few that met with their approval. As the night of the formal mixer came, Joe arrived half an hour late. As the mixer began, it was both men and lots of women. Joe and Mitch each separated and had their own bevy. Mitch talked about his event planning, and he asked questions of the women; and did not talk about himself.

Joe had is two choices and so did Mitch. Each chose one and then both chose Melissa. Now if she is the choice, she gets to pick between the two guys. Mitch chose Bambi, and Joe chose Melissa.

Joe took Melissa to meet Robert Vargas, his favorite artist. They got to do portraits of each other after Robert did a portrait of Melissa first. After the art project, they went to dinner and had a great time learning to get to know each other.

Mitch took Bambi horseback riding; something Mitch has never done before. They had a great time and then Mitch took her to a friend's place where he would cook her dinner. They watched dolphins swim from the balcony overlooking the ocean. The dinner he made was wonderful. They really hit it off. They had plenty of kisses, and it seemed like a match made in heaven.

Joe told Patty that he had a great time, but he will have to come back again to meet with Patty, because Melissa told her that he did not even kiss her, and they never saw each other again.

Bambi told Patty that it was the best date she has ever had in her entire life. They had a ball, and the chemistry was there. Mitch agreed that the date was awesome, and they are already monogamous and talking about moving in together. Chalk up another one for Patty Stanger, "The Millionaire Matchmaker."
