On tonight's Bravo episode of "Millionaire Matchmaker," Patty announced to Rachael and Destin that she found a guy while on vacation. She also met with the private investigator she hired to find her birth mother.
Patty Stanger had the challenge of setting up two millionaires with suitable mates. One of them was Kristianne Uy, known as Chef K, who appeared as the private chef to the stars who appeared on the episode with Denise Richards' father. She recently won the top prize on "The Taste." She is a lesbian and Patty's first lesbian hook up. She looks butch, but claims to be butch on the streets and fem in the sheets.
The second millionaire was Shawn Thomas, who founded a company from the bottom up. Shawn came to Patty's office for his interview. He loves California and grew up in Nashville. He loves the sunshine, beach, wine and food. He confessed that he was a perfectionist. Patty does not want him to be a boss at work and at home.
As the interviews proceeded, Patty and her crew found straight and gay women for the two millionaires. The mixer will be a luau theme.
Patty found out that her birth mother died about nineteen years ago. She died waiting for a liver transplant. She was an alcoholic and Patty looked just like her. The investigator contacted her mother's boyfriend and sent her ring to Patty. It was a green stone ring that she never removed.
The day of the mixer arrived for both millionaires. They seemed to enjoy the choices, and each had no problem choosing two for the mini dates. Chef K chose Rocio and Shawn chose Allison.
Patty introduced her new guy, David Kraus to the world, and he is a hottie.
Chef K brought Rocio fishing and confessed to K that she used to be a control freak. They did not catch a fish, but the conversation was wonderful.
Shawn's date was going wonderfully, and he hoped that it is his last first date.
While the millionaires were enjoying their dates, Patty and David celebrated her birthday with a night on the town. David gave Patty an awesome pair of earrings; they were her birthstones and matched her mother's ring.
Rocio found that K was not the edgy person she portrayed. She has a mushy side, and the date was great for the both of them.
On Shawn and Allison's date, it was going well until Allison said that she found it hard to trust a person. When he called her naive, she found it offensive. He felt that she was condescending and not ready for a relationship with him.
When Chef K met with Patty, she told her that the date was great and the conversations were wonderful. They called Rocio, and K asked for another date. Rocio has friends coming from New Mexico for the weekend and asked if K wanted to meet them. She was very excited.
Next Allison showed up at Patty's office. She told Patty how controlling he was and how he made her feel uncomfortable. Shawn immediately got the feeling as the date started that their life experiences were very different. Patty told him that he must attend dating detox and lose the bossy pants image; if she is ever to help him find someone. He wants to find someone who "has it all together" like him, but Patty assured Allison; she would find her someone else.
Patty had great wishes for her first lesbian love match. Sadly, K never followed up with Rocio and her friends, and never saw her again. "The Millionaire Matchmaker" did not score on this episode, except with her own love.
