“Million Dollar Listing” star Josh Altman enjoys his business and he will work hard for a listing. He will attend dinners and network whenever he has a chance to get a new client. But it sounds like one of his co-stars is crossing the line with him. According to a new Bravo blog published on Oct. 16, “Million Dollar Listing” star Josh Altman is now revealing that he thinks that Josh Flagg goes too far when it comes to getting listing clients.
“Another part of being a top agent is being out there and letting everyone know what you do for a living. I can't tell you how many clients I pick up at dinners and events and parties. I met Ilan at a party and he told me all about a house he was building to sell. At no point was Josh Flagg's name ever mentioned,” Altman reveals. He continues to explain that things went well with their relationship, which is why it was weird that Flagg got involved with the business.
“The fact Josh Flagg felt that is was OK to go after Ilan was completely unethical. Flagg missed the boat on having Ilan as a client when he never returned his call! If that is OK, what is to stop me from approaching his clients at open houses,” Altman reveals, adding, “There is a fine line and it was crossed. Like I said in the argument with Flagg, it's only a matter of time that Ilan sees Flagg's real work ethic and stops dealing with him.”
It is questionable whether this actually happens in the real estate market or if it is just happening because the two guys are on the show. In fact, it sounds like they could be more dramatic because they are on the show.
