When Million Dollar Listing New York fans watch the latest episode on Wednesday night, the viewers will see a creative way to sell property. The guys who sell real estate in New York City need to sell apartments, even if the views are awful and sometimes that means being very creative. According to SeattlePI on Wednesday another story line during the show is when Ryan Serhant and Fredrik Eklund come face-to-face for the first time since last season's finale blowout and it is quite awkward.

While business is booming, it appears that Ryan Serhant has a rather normal property to sell. In hopes to distract people from the less-than-desirable views in his latest listing he came up with a plan to keep the windows closed and the potential buyers in the dark. Ryan decided to have a rave party with dark lights and no views from outside the walls. It worked too, as the other professionals who showed up were willing to how the property to clients.

Million Dollar Listing New York gives viewers an idea of the men who sell property and the chaos behind the listings. Of course, there is always plenty of drama before an open house (even the dark open houses,) but the views of Manhattan are stunning. Well, accept for the property Ryan Serhant is trying to peddle in the latest episode. There is nothing pretty about that apartment.

Million Dollar Listing New York can be see on Bravo airing Wednesday night at 9 p.m. ET.
