The Miley takes off ring headline doesn't seem too promising for the future of Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth's relationship, does it? The singer has been out and about without her engagement ring amidst reports that she and beau, Liam Hemsworth, have called it quits. On March 8, the New York Daily News reported that Miley removed her 3.5 carat diamond and, despite her denial, there seems to be some major trouble in paradise.
As previously reported, Liam Hemsworth left for Australia on March 1. Sources say that he needed to take a break from Cyrus because the two have been fighting. While Miley denies the break-up, things certainly don't look good.
When Miley takes off the ring, things have to be bad. Removing an engagement or wedding ring usually means something serious. A silly little fight wouldn't cause someone to threaten divorce (at least you'd hope not). Miley and Liam are both very young and with such demanding careers, it seems only normal that they'd have problems ahead of their wedding.
Most people didn't think that Miley and Liam would make it down the aisle. News of their engagement was a surprise so a break-up is less shocking. Perhaps they will figure things out, but as of now, it sounds like a split is on the way.
However, Miley taking off her ring doesn't confirm their split just yet. She's obviously just really frustrated with Liam. Perhaps his trip to Australia will give them the space that they need.
