Miley and Liam have split. Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth split rumors have been circulating for the past week or so but according to new information, the couple is officially over. On March 13, the New York Post reported that "multiple sources" have confirmed that Miley and Liam are both single and that their engagement has been called off.
"Miley and Liam are done; it’s over. She likes to party really hard and can be pretty wild. It became a problem for him," said a source. As previously reported, Liam jetted to Australia at the beginning of the month. Some sources said that he and Miley needed a break. Now it's being reported that he escaped the mayhem to heal from his broken engagement.
The Miley, Liam split isn't that much of a surprise given the fact that they are both so young. News of their engagement was far more surprising because it seemed out of the blue. As for what went wrong, there has been a lot of finger pointing. Miley's "partying" ways and Liam's "wandering eye." Whatever happened, it appears as though these two are through.
Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth have been dating for a couple of years. They got close while filming "The Last Song" together over 3 years ago. They dated casually and even broke up for a couple of months. However, once they got back together, things seemed to really take off. The two were reportedly planning a summer 2013 wedding.
