Singer Miley Cyrus knows what it's like to be in the spotlight and in a recent interview she took the time out to offer Justin Bieber advice.

After Jay Leno asked Cyrus what advice she would give to Bieber on The Tonight Show she responded with "You've got a lot of money. Pay people to make sure you don't get into trouble." The "We can't stop" singer added "Party at your house." Seems like good advice coming from an artist was recently under fire for her edgy performances and new lifestyle.

Cyrus also claimed later in the interview that she has a lot of fun, but she doesn't do anything that's illegal in California. Her last bit of advice to Bieber was "Buy a house, add a club to it."

Bieber has been receiving a lot of negative attention after several run-ins with law enforcement in the past few weeks. His most recent acts are reportedly due to his increased use of illegal drugs like marijuana and prescription pills, including Xanax.

Cyrus is one of many celebrities who have offered support to the Canadian singer. Singer Usher was reportedly spotted at Bieber's hotel in Panama last week. Sources say he was very honest and straight forward during their talk saying things like "Remember when I took a chance on you and brought you into the music industry? Don't make me regret that."

Usher along with many other stars who have been in the spotlight for many years understand that there are many young kids who look up to them. Hopefully, Ushers words got through to Bieber as he has almost completely damaged his celebrity status.
