Miley Cyrus: The one outfit that 'momager' Tish Cyrus doesn't approve of

Miley Cyrus may be close to her mom and manager Tish Cyrus. But that doesn't mean that the two agree on everything. According to a Jan. 16 reported by the Independent, there is one outfit that mother Tish doesn't approve of.

Tish told E! News that she didn't like the mesh white dress with attached fur sleeves that her daughter wore to the iHeartRadioMusic Festival. This dress showed everything on the singer. She was basically naked except for two black nipple pasties and a pair of black and white panties.

Tish says that was "only time" that she didn't approve of an outfit. She admits that Miley is 21 and can make her own decisions. Not like that ever stopped Miley before.

The singer also recently got an interesting new haircut. She was seen wearing her hair in a bowl-cut style on Tuesday, Jan. 14. She also wore a white crop shirt and black suspenders.

Her look was reminiscent of Demi Moore's iconic role on the movie "Ghost". Miley has been obsessed with 90s fashion lately, so it would make sense.

Still, young fans are confused by the look that Miley Cyrus is going for. They want to know why she wants to look unattractive as possible. They're holding out hope that she will grow her hair back after her "Bangerz" tour ends.
