Miley Cyrus, Susan Boyle, Bon Jovi, others raise funds for Haiti with "Everybody Hurts" single

Today,  R.E.M.'s "Everybody Hurts," sung by Miley Cyrus, Leona Lewis, Kylie Minogue, Susan Boyle, Bon Jovi, Robbie Williams, and other pop stars is released in stores to raise funds for earthquake survivors in Haiti.

The cover was released for download yesterday, and can be purchased in stores and on websites where music is available such as Amazon.com, Play.comiTunes, Napster, and Play Nokia.

Simon Cowell is the mastermind behind the charitable effort, which made its radio debut last Tuesday. R.E.M. has agreed to waive royalties and the British government says the record will be exempt from sales tax.
