Did Miley Cyrus split? Is she no longer marrying actor Liam Hemsworth, 23? Although the pop singer denies it, People reports on March 7 she appeared in a pic without her engagement ring. Allegedly, rumors of infidelity have plagued the relationship.
Cyrus and Hemsworth met in 2009 on the set of the Nicholas Sparks movie "The Last Song." The couple got engaged in 2012 when Cyrus was 19 and Hemsworth was 22.
Says a source, "Miley and Liam have had some problems that they are working through. . . [they] "have always had a very passionate relationship. They have a very strong physical attraction, but have very different personalities and backgrounds. This makes their relationship very complicated."
Whatever the case, the 20-year-old is not happy with the media. She claims she's taking a Twitter break. "I am so sick of La. And sick of the lies that come with it. I didn't call off my wedding. Taking a break from social media. #draining," tweets the "Can't Be Tamed" singer. She later tweeted, "my new music is gonna shut everyone up." and "not discussing anything but my music from now on." The singer even retweeted Lil Wayne, "Cherish who's with u when the world is against u." Cyrus' "Danger Zone" is set to be released in Sept. 2013.
Anyone who follows Miley Ray Cyrus on Twitter knows that the songstress loves to tweet. Therefore, a "break from social media" probably won't last long.
