Miley Cyrus apparently doesn't appreciate Sinead O'Connor’s recent comments. Sinead O'Connor took the liberty of publicly talking to Miley Cyrus Wednesday and it appears that Miley is taking notice of her open letter by making fun of Sinead’s alleged mental illness and outbursts on Twitter in the past. On Thursday Miley Cyrus slammed her so-called idol by reflecting on Sinead O'Conner and joking about mental illness.
The open letter might not have been a wise idea by Sinead O’Connor as she probably would have gotten better results by talking with the star privately as Miley already admitted she was a fan of the entertainer. Instead the motherly advice came across unwanted and Miley immediately when to O’Connor’s weakness and attacked her.
“Before Amanda Bynes.... There was....” tweeted Miley Cyrus from her official Twitter account. The star posted a picture of a series of Tweets from Sinead O’Connor from the past that revealed her mental state of mind.
The attack is quite shocking as Miley Cyrus is over the top with her performances, but never has she used such a nasty tactic by personally attacking an individual in public. Unfortunately Miley just proved that mental illness stigmas in America are still alive and well. Miley might not have appreciated the comments, but her attack back just revealed her desperation to be number one at any cost. Mocking another individual for a mental illness, whether it is Amanda Bynes or Sinead O'Conner is so uncool.
