Miley Cyrus ignored the Grammy Awards ban on showing skin by rocking some sideboob at a pre-party, but her chest isn’t the only part of her body that’s getting attention. According to a Feb. 10 report by Perez Hilton, Miley can also be seen showing off cutting scars.
Miley Cyrus recently slammed Perez for publishing a report that she cheated on Liam Hemsworth with Ed Westwick, so she’ll probably have something to say about the celeb blogger’s claims that she’s been cutting. However, rumors about Miley being a cutter are really nothing new. She’s been spotted out multiple times with markings on her arms that appear to be scars.
Miley donned an Emilio Pucci gown at Clive Davis' annual Pre-Grammy Party, and the dress has gotten quite a bit of attention for revealing a lot of “sideboob.” However, Perez Hilton didn’t joke about her near nip-slip in a recent post about the risqué look, and instead focused on her left arm.
He posted two photos of Miley’s arm, and they show multiple red marks that could be cutting scars. However, Miley is also wearing some heavy-duty bracelets on the same arm were the scars can be seen, so it’s possible that the bangles left the marks after pressing into her skin.
Perez Hilton wrote of the photos, “Obviously, it's tough to really gauge how recently those marks may have been made, but it still breaks our heart to think that at some point in her life, she was dealing with so many issues of self-worth that she resorted to trying to give her pain a physical representation and outlet on her own skin.”
If Miley Cyrus is a cutter, she wouldn’t be alone. Her fellow former Disney starlet Demi Lovato has admitted to being a cutter, and she got the words “Stay strong” tattooed on her wrists in hopes of preventing herself from engaging in any future self-harm.
Hopefully Miley’s marks are just from her bracelets. The starlet probably just wanted everyone to focus on her outrageous sideboob and her beloved short hairstyle, but now her fans are just going to get worried about her.
