Miley Cyrus has resumed her Bangerz world tour in London after being hospitalized due an allergic reaction to antibiotics. Cyrus said she's feeling better than ever, and slammed rumors that she had suffered a drug overdose.

"I didn't have a drug overdose," Cyrus told People. "I took some sh––y antibiotics that a doctor gave me for a sinus infection and I had a reaction. I've been connected to an IV for the last two weeks."

Miley, 21, credited yoga, honey and vitamins for her recovery, saying she's perfectly healthy now. "I'm the poster child for good health," she said.

Miley Follows a Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free Diet

Cyrus, who recently gave up smoking cigarettes, is in the best shape of her life, thanks to a gluten-free diet and regular Pilates and yoga workouts.

Cyrus switched to a gluten- and lactose-free diet in 2011, which she credited for her dramatic weight loss and improved health. The 5-foot-5 Miley said her weight hovers at around108 pounds.

Cyrus defended her slimmer physique, insisting it was the result of a diet overhaul, and not anorexia. "For everyone calling me anorexic, I have a gluten and lactose allergy," she tweeted. "It's not about weight, it's about health."

Cardiologist Dr. William Davis agrees. Davis, author of Wheat Belly, said following a gluten-free diet promotes easy weight loss, gives you glowing skin, boosts energy and dramatically improves your health.

Cyrus's Pilates teacher also hit back at critics who say the pop star has gotten too thin. "She's healthy and she feels good," said Mari Winsor, creator of the Lower Body Pilates workout DVD. "She wanted to sculpt her body, that's all."

The leggy 5-foot-5 Miley does Pilates for an hour a day. "She works hard," said Winsor. "She's young and she's got a beautiful body."

Miley: Alcohol Is More Dangerous Than Pot

Cyrus has made numerous headlines during the past two years for her oftentimes erratic behavior. In June 2013, the former Disney sensation raised eyebrows after suggesting she smokes pot regularly.

Miley said alcohol is more dangerous and addictive than drugs like marijuana. "I think alcohol is way more dangerous than marijuana," she told Rolling Stone. "I've seen a lot of people spiral down with alcohol, but I've never seen that happen with weed. And it's legal in the state of California, so I'm happy to live in California."
