Miley Cyrus has canceled her U.S. tour until August and this is due to an allergic reaction that she suffered from antibiotics her camp claims. What is really keeping the former Disney kid in the hospital today? While the rumors fly, Miley herself tweeted that people are just “f—kin lame,” if they think she’d rather be in a hospital bed than on a stage doing what she loves to do.
According to Fox 411 on April 20, Miley’s godmother is worried about her, saying that she hopes that Miley holds it in the road and doesn’t do so many things that are bizarre.” She gets frightened sometimes when Miley goes overboard.
When the "Wrecking Ball" singer first embarked on her drastic makeover, her godmother was “terrified people would crucify her.” Her godmother is none other than Dolly Parton, the famous country singer who is great friends of Miley’s dad, Billy Ray Cyrus. That is how Dolly got the gig of becoming godmother to the very controversial pop singer.
Dolly is proud of Miley, but she is not a big fan of her raunchy videos. This is a breath of fresh air to hear about somebody who actually cares about Miley come out and say the girl’s videos are raunchy and not necessarily the best look for Cyrus. Most of her loved ones have supported Miley in everything she does.
It is okay for someone who loves the girl to say enough is enough! Dolly thinks all this edgy stuff that Miley does is to literally kill the Hannah Montana image. She’s gone overboard to prove herself that she’s an adult who wants to leave her Disney self in the past.
Miley is keeping her fans up to date with her hospitalization through Twitter. She tweeted that the reaction she suffered can take up to 21 days to clear. A few of her tweets have been downright nasty to her critics who aren’t buying the pro-longed recuperation period due to this reaction excuse.
She’s tweeted: “Shut the f—k up and let me heal” to the folks stirring the pot with rumors. The Independent today reports she could stay in the hospital for up to 27 days and they call it a much needed break for the “chronic sufferers of her over exposure.” It is going to be hard for Miley to shock the masses from her hospital bed.
People are just not buying the story that Miley’s “severe” reaction to antibiotics being responsible for a pro-longed hospital stay. This is still the case after Miley's mini Twitter campaign calling the folks who don't believe her all kinds of names.
While on her “Bangerz” tour, Miley was given cephalexin as a treatment for a sinus infection and this medication is the culprit behind this “severe” reaction. It is her U.S. tour that she has canceled and will pick up in August. She will also have rescheduled dates for some of the concerts she had to cancel in the U.S., her camp reports.
This doesn’t mean that Miley will be laid up until August. She will start the European leg of her tour in May as scheduled, but that still leaves a good chunk of time where she won’t perform and folks today are wondering if it really is due to her reported reaction or something else.
Reports that Miley couldn’t stop crying while in the hospital were confirmed by Miley herself who tweeted her tears were because she wants to go back on tour. Doctors have ordered bed rest for the “Wrecking Ball” singer. So until she gets out of bed, the rumors will most likely continue fly on just what put Miley between the sheets alone and in a recuperation mood.
