Miley Cyrus, teen pop queen and Hannah Montana star, took a grown-up stand at the 2010 Oscars.

The 17-year-old Miley shined on the red carpet in a gold karat, strapless dress and pointed out mom's tattoos to E! host Ryan Seacrest.

Despite being nervous about taking the stairs on the 2010 Oscars stage, Miley didn't slip up or make a fall when she co-presented with actress Amanda Seyfried.
