When she was being interviewed by Cosmo, she called Liam her hubby. Many people that aren't married make comments like this, but people are taking her saying this to mean that they got married in secret and didn't tell anyone.
Miley said that she has a hot picture of Liam on her phone and when someone asked who it was she said her hubby. That doesn't prove that the two got married, but it is sparking a lot of rumors.
