Noah Cyrus -- whose big sister is "Hannah Montana" star Miley -- had a dream that was similar to millions of other young girls around the world: she wanted to meet Justin Bieber. Luckily for her, she has a certain pop star in the family that can make that dream happen.

Though their meeting was short-lived, Noah had an opportunity to take a photo with the "Baby" singer on Monday, when both him and Miley were booked on ABC's "The View." Of course, both of them were all smiles for the photo -- though there's no word on it Noah busted out any of the dance moves she used in the video below.

Justin Bieber fans around the world are celebrating the release of his "My World 2.0" album Tuesday, and the singer will be making another appearance on "The View" to perform with his full band.

Are you jealous of Noah Cyrus for the opportunity to meet Justin Bieber? Let me know your thoughts with a comment below and check back soon for more of the latest coverage of Justin's TV promotional tour.
