Miley Cyrus has denounced Los Angeles and all of its lies thanks to a recent publication stating that the singer and fiance Liam Hemsworth have split.
Cyrus took to her Twitter page yesterday to vent telling fans, "I am so sick of La. And sick of the lies that come with it. I didn't call off my wedding. Taking a break from social media. My new music is gonna shut everyone up."
Miley previously conducted an interview with Cosmopolitan expressing nothing but confidence in her and Liam's status as an item. "My relationship with Liam. That's what I feel the most confident in," said the singer. "The other day, I turned on the pool heater and it was steaming, and he walked outside and took off his clothes and jumped in the pool. I was like, 'I'm gonna faint--the hottest guy of my life is in a steaming pool. This looks like a Playgirl shoot.' So I took a photo and made it the background on my phone. My best friend grabbed my phone and was like, 'Who's that? He is so hot!' That's my hubby!"
Liam proposed to Miley on May 31, 2012 with a 3.5-carat diamond ring. The singer and actor met on the set of 'The Last Song' in 2009.
