Miley Cyrus Instagram's topless pic as response to death hoax

How did she go about it? Well, by posting a Miley Cyrus topless photo, paired with some cut off coochie cutters to her official Instagram account on Monday, July 21.

Not so lil' anymore Miley was in the desert taking a break from her current Bangerz tour. The tour came through the bay area back in February. She played Oracle Arena in Oakland, CA on February 24 and smashed her wrecking ball into the SAP Center at San Jose on February 25.

At this time there are no upcoming scheduled dates for the Bangerz tour to return to the bay area. You'll be able to check out the concert in the west if you happen to be taking a road trip.

In 2013, Miley Cyrus left Hollywood Records while signing a new recording contract with RCA Records, a division of Sony Music Entertainment. Her most recent release is her fourth studio album Bangerz. Her first single from the release was "We Can't Stop" which peaked at number 2 on the US Billboard Hot 100.

Her second single from the album was "Wrecking Ball". The video set a Vevo record of 19.3 million views in the first twenty-four hours of its release. The song was Miley Cyrus' first single to reach number 1 on the Billboard Hot 100.

Cyrus created waves about a year ago when she posted a video of herself 'twerking' to the song Wop by J. Dash. The term 'twerk' has gained wide recognition, including people attempting (often badly) to twerk -- accordingly.
