Miley Cyrus -- 'I'm not getting married'

Miley Cyrus made one thing very clear during her appearance on "The View" Monday -- she doesn't plan on getting married anytime soon. The singer was discussing with Barbara Walters her recent visit to Australia (in which she met boyfriend Liam Hemsworth's family), and the question was quickly asked if the visit was meant as an opportunity to "meet the parents" before taking the plunge.

The "Hannah Montana" star said not to read as much into the situation: "I'm not getting married." That doesn't mean that Miley is necessarily opposed to the idea in the long run, but at 17 years old marriage appears to be the farthest thing from her mind.

Miley's visit to "The View" was a stop on her planned promotional tour of "The Last Song," and she was also asked about her on-screen chemistry with Hemsworth alongside rumors that he convinced her to get rid of her Twitter account (which she denies). Instead, on this occasion she had Justin Bieber tweeting about her on set (he called her a "sweetheart" Monday morning).

Do you think Miley Cyrus could ultimately end up marrying Liam Hemsworth? Let me know your thoughts with a comment and stay tuned for more TV news.
