Miley Cyrus got a new heart tattoo on her forearm Thursday, but this heart is no dainty valentine. At the Kat Von D studio High Voltage, in Hollywood, Miley Cyrus added new ink to her collection, reports E! Online on Friday, March 15.
The heart, which appears just under the tattooed Roman numerals on the inside of the singer’s right arm, is an anatomically correct heart, seen in front and side view, with cut arteries showing. It comes from a drawing made by Leonardo Da Vinci, some 500 years ago.
It’s kind of dark and graphic, which may be exactly what Miley Cyrus, 19, wanted her heart tattoo to look like. Definitely different. Totally unique. Incredibly complex. All of those descriptions could apply just as well to Miley Cyrus, herself.
“Just did the RADDEST tattoo on @MileyCyrus-a miniature rendition of a daVinci anatomical heart!” Von D posted on her Instagram. She added a photo of the tat she put on pal Miley, plus a copy of the da Vinci drawing.
It seems that a plan was in place. Miley Cyrus arrived and went straight into Kat Von D’s office. She stayed about ten minutes. But the tattoo must have taken much longer than that. Miley came to the studio dressed in red and black leggings and a plain shirt. She was ready.
Lately all the news has been about a split between Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth, but Miley has never confirmed the breakup. "Lies took over the world ... ” she recently tweeted. “Facts don't really hold value anymore!”
