In a heartbreaking video posted on YouTube on April 2, 21-year-old pop star, Miley Cyrus is seen struggling through an emotional performance of Fleetwood Mac's “Landslide” in Boston in memory of her beloved dog, Floyd.

On Wednesday that singer announced on Twitter that her “precious baby” passed away. She was talking about her dog, Floyd who was a Alaskan Klee Kai, and who wasn't quite 3 years old yet. She later told her followers that it was the third worse day of her life, and that she was beyond miserable. Cyrus also apologized in advance to her fans in Boston if she was not herself during her upcoming performance, and promised to try her best.

During her performance a teary Cyrus told fans that she and Floyd always listened to Fleetwood Mac together, and added that “Landslide” was his favorite song.

On Thursday Cyrus tweeted that on Wednesday she didn't think there could be a day worse than Wednesday, then she added: “then I woke up this morning.”

Cyrus' fans have filled her tweeter feed with a show of support, and the Louisville News Examiner wishes to condolences as well.
