Miley Cyrus shows off pin-thin gluten-free body at NY Fashion Week

Miley Cyrus showcased her sleek physique at the Rachel Zoe Fall 2013 fashion show during New York Fashion Week on Feb. 13.

The lithe 5-foot-5 Miley wore a retro red jumpsuit that accentuated her tiny waist and toned limbs. Cyrus, 20, sat in the front row of the runway show at Lincoln Center next to her mother, Tish, 45.

Miley, who lost a noticeable amount of weight last year, recently denied speculation that she's anorexic, and attributed her weight loss to a lactose- and gluten-free diet.

"Everyone should try no gluten for a week!" Cyrus, 20, tweeted. "The change in your skin, physical and mental health is amazing! U won't go back! For everyone calling me anorexic, I have a gluten and lactose allergy. It's not about weight, it's about health."

Cyrus, who has had a personal trainer since age 14, also runs, cycles, strength-trains, and does Pilates for an hour a day. Ironically, shortly before embarking on her gluten-free diet, Cyrus was teased for being fat, causing her to emphatically state that she was happy with her fuller figure.

In November 2011, Miley (who was noticeably heavier) insisted via Twitter that she loved having a curvy, womanly shape:

"By calling girls like me fat, this is what you're doing to other people," she said. "I don't wanna be shaped like a girl. I LOVE being shaped like a WOMAN, & trust me ladies your man won't mind either ;) "
