Disney starlet Miley Cyrus shows off the results of her regular gym workouts in a hot-pink bikini at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach resort Dec. 3.
Cyrus, 17, hung out by the hotel pool with friends and made some phone calls while relaxing in the sun Thursday. The previous evening, Miley had performed the last concert of her Wonder World world tour.
Miley, who previously dated Nick Jonas, is reportedly seeing Liam Hemsworth, her Australian co-star in The Last Song. Cyrus split from underwear model Justin Gaston, 21, in June.
Despite her active dating life, Miley has proclaimed that she plans to remain a virgin until marriage. "I want to keep my virginity until I marry," she said. "I was brought up in a Christian family."
Interestingly, fellow Disney stars the Jonas Brothers (Nick, Joe and Kevin) have all pledged to remain virgins until they marry, and wear purity rings to symbolize their commitment.
To stay in shape, Cyrus has her own personal trainer in celebrity fitness expert Harley Pasternak, creator of The Five Factor Diet.
The Five Factor Diet involves eating five times a day and working out 25 minutes 5 days a week. Other celebrity adherents are Halle Berry, 42, and Jessica Simpson, 29. In addition to dancing, Miley also jogs, cycles and does Pilates to stay in shape.
Cyrus recently bashed Twilight sequel New Moon, calling Twi-mania a "cult." "I think it's bad," Miley said. "People get too into it."
She adds: "When guys look at supermodels and they're like 'that's the perfect girl' that’s what those kind of movies do to us. They're like thinking that's what girls should be like and not everyone is going to be Edward [played by hunky Robert Pattinson]."
Her next film, The Last Song, comes out in April 2010.
