Miley Cyrus performed for the Today show on Oct. 7, in a pearl billowy shirt and white high top shorts, revealing the lower portion of her butt cheeks, reported Hollywood Life. The singer sang and danced to “Wrecking Ball” and “We Can’t Stop!”, two songs from her new album Bangerz. She mentioned her dispute with Sinead O'Connor, and said that she was “inspired” by the Irish singer for her most recent music video.
With white becoming the trending color of this winter season, Miley Cyrus dressed in an almost completely bleached ensemble. She wore a flowing top that showed a sliver of her midriff, white cut-off jean shorts and metallic purple sneakers. She completed the look with a pair of gold bracelets and a chunky silver chain necklace.
Compared to recent outfits worn, at first glance it appeared that Cyrus was dressed conservatively. The pop star shocked Today viewers with a glimpse of her booty when she turned around during her performance.
In her interview with Matt Lauer, the “Hannah Montana” singer explained how much of the controversy surrounding her is actually planned, and pointed out that people are still talking about her racy 2013 VMAs performance.
I don't ever really plan to offend people, but sometimes that happens because I think people, they're not open to what they don't understand.”
The Huffington Post published that Cyrus doesn’t have any regrets about her life, or the decisions she has made.
I can't change anything, can't go back," Miley said. "I can do a lot of things, but I can't change the past ... I just live my life the way it is, and I don't really regret anything."
