Miley Cyrus fan wants her to save Fuzzy the cat's life by returning to Twitter.

It seems like this time, a fan of Miley Cyrus really might have lost it. Or maybe, somebody in the internet galaxy has a very twisted sense of humor, and too much free time.

In a website titled Miley Save Fuzzy, a self proclaimed addict to Miley Cyrus' Twitter updates has decided against letters and petitions in the quest of attempting to get the Hannah Montana star to return to the social media site. The fan writes, "The other day I asked myself: 'What can I do to bring Miley back to Twitter?' Fan video? Petitions? Letters? That never works. Heck, Miley even made her own video about never wanting to use Twitter again. Then I looked at my cat, Fuzzy and I realized, maybe Fuzzy can help. Fuzzy can make the ultimate sacrifice for this cause. It was very difficult for me, you see, as I sincerely love Fuzzy. But my mind is made up. I could always get another cat, but nothing can replace Miley's tweets for me!"

As you read it. A cat named Fuzzy's life is on the line now, and only Miley Cyrus can save it. The deadline? November 16th, 2009, unless other fans make the hashtag #mileysavefuzzy become a trending topic on Twitter, in which case the deadline will get a one-time-only extension to November 23rd, 2009.

Could this be somebody's wild attempt to achieve internet stardom? After all, the world these days is filled with people in search of their 15 minutes of online fame...

In any case, if Miley Cyrus does not give in to this request (or extortion attempt?), Fuzzy will not only end up dead, but also plated. Yes, the idea is to kill Fuzzy and make him a meal: "I intend to make a cat dish according to our ethnic cuisine." The site's creator continues on the idea by writing, "I do not consider myself a cruel person and I do love my cat. Fuzzy will receive quick and swift death and I'll try to minimize his suffering. As a disclaimer I must say that most recipes require to behead or suffocate the cat and then rapidly pluck and dress it. Unfortunately I have no experience with that so I really hope I won't hurt Fuzzy too much... but I'm sure eventually everything will be okay!" The disclaimer is followed by a promise to post pictures of Fuzzy as a meal.

And, of course, there is a catch. At first, Miley Cyrus' return to Twitter would only extend Fuzzy's life by a week per update, until the cat's owner decides that the teen superstar is not only back, but also Twitter-active.

Those interested can follow the creator of Miley Save Fuzzy on Twitter, and stay up to date on news and cat recipes.
