There are some pointing fingers at someone who was not even present during a tragic incident: Justin Bieber. We've heard it, ourself. That being said, at least one celebrity who knows the hassle of having paparazzi follower her around has spoken out in support of the Biebs.
Since the Tuesday incident, Miley Cyrus has unleashed a series of angry tweets over the death of photographer Chris Guerra. At the time of this writing, they are Miley Cyrus' last tweets (three of them). In the last two tweets, Cyrus said:
It is unfair for anyone to put this on to Justin's conscious as well! This was bound to happen!
Your mom teaches u when your a child not to play in the street! The chaos that comes with the paparazzi acting like fools makes it impossible for anyone to make safe choices.
Her first tweet in the matter was perhaps the most topical, saying:
Hope this paparazzi/JB accident brings on some changes in '13 Paparazzi are dangerous! Wasn't Princess Di enough of a wake up call?!
What's interesting is that there is already a law in California on the books that makes it illegal for photographers to pursue a celebrities vehicle with the intent to capture pictures for commercial gain.
However, in mid-November, a judge ruled that the so-called "Justin Bieber" paparazzi law was unconstitutional, as it targeted commercial photographers, only.
The death of Chris Guerra took place on Tuesday, as he attempted to take pictures -- on foot, mind you -- of Justin Bieber's Ferrari. The Ferrari had been pulled over by the CHP, and Guerra apparently believed he had a huge scoop, thinking he had seen Bieber smoking pot while driving.
What he didn't know was that Bieber was not even in the car.
