Cyrus said that she uses her success to stay out of trouble rather than to get into trouble. She also said that everything she does is legal in the state of California.

Cyrus coyly said, "You've got a lot of money." She then added, "Pay people to make sure you don't get in trouble and party at your house, buy a house, and add a club to it."

The 21-year-old also bragged that she doesn't have a mugshot to add to the celebrity collection.

Justin Bieber was arrested in Miami for driving under the influence, drag racing, resisting arrest and driving with an expired license on Jan. 23.

Despite her wild persona, Miley Cyrus stays grounded. She's not seen partying at nightclubs or getting into drunken fights. She likes to get crazy, but she doesn't get into trouble.
