When it comes to Miley Cyrus, apparently one headline in a day is not enough. First of all, we begin with the reports that are flying all over the place that the "Hannah Montana" star and Liam Hemsworth are no longer an item -- agian. This is the second time that the couple has broken up (that we know of) since they first started to become involved over a year ago.
Here is what a source had to say on the matter to People Magazine:
"Their on- and off-again relationship is currently off. But you never know with Miley and Liam. They could be back on at some point."
Of course, Miley probably has more problems right now than dealing with a breakup, such as the public photos on TMZ that were taken of her drinking beer in Spain. Miley is there to perform at the 2010 MTV Europe Awards on Sunday, and apparently decided to take in some partying along the way.
So could this land Miley in hot water? Probably not, unless you are considering criticism from parents to be the real issue. Although the drinking age in Spain is 18, it's not really something that is enforced.
