Miley Cyrus and Justin Bieber have been voted the most annoying celebrities of 2013, Hollyscoop reported on Dec. 3.

Miley and Justin have had their share of controversy this year, as Justin’s been criticized for being late to concerts, mistreating fans, and even visiting a brothel, and sleeping with a prostitute!

Meanwhile, Miley Cyrus is the most talked about celebrity of the year. The former “Hannah Montana” star has publicly talked about her drug use, taken heat for her controversial lyrics and fashion choices, split up with her longtime fiancé, Liam Hemsworth, and made headlines by twerking at the MTV Video Music Awards.

However, Miley Cyrus and Justin Bieber weren’t the only stars on the list.

Other celebrities voted most annoying included Russell Brand, Kim Kardashian, Lady Gaga, Harry Styles, and Piers Morgan.
