Celeb gossip report! Miley Cyrus and Justin Bieber have arguably grown up being Hollywood's richest and most famous teens. On New Year's Day, a photographer who had been chasing the Biebs down a Los Angeles highway was killed on the road. On Jan. 2, 2013, she tweeted a plea for laws to change to protect celebrities from over-eager photographers such as these -- almost comparing Lady Di to the Biebs.
Allegedly in pursuit of Bieber's Ferrari, the freelance journalist's death on the Los Angeles highway made Miley Cyrus remember the tragic fate of Princess Diana. Di was killed while fleeing photographers and the actress does not want to see the same sort of thing happen to her celebrity friends like the Biebs.
The Royal family member died in a fatal car crash back in 1997. At the time, her own children Prince William and Prince Harry were both very young.
Cyrus, now age 20, grew up in a famous family. As the daughter of country music singer Billy Ray Cyrus, learning about the death of Princess Diana from her parents and school teachers is likely to be one of her earliest memories.
Nowadays, Miley Cyrus and Justin Bieber are haunted (and hunted) by paparazzi agents who represent various entertainment news organizations around the world. Both have grown up as celebrity kids so they have spent the majority of their respective lifetimes being chased by paparazzo photogs and crazy fans hoping to capture a winning celebrity pic.
While the Biebs was busy tweeting condolences to the dead man's family, he also took time out to ask legislators and fans to help change laws -- by creating ones that would allow a celebrity's protection from overly aggressive paparazzo. Cyrus also took to Twitter to remind her followers that it was photographers who led to the death of Princess Diana.
