Milestone for Milsap, Country great turns 70

Country music superstar Ronnie Milsap turned 70, January 16. He was born blind in Robbinsville, NC. He is without a doubt one of music's biggest crossover artists. Some of Milsap's number one country hits include, "It Was Almost Like A Song" from 1977, "Smoky Mountain Rain" from 1981, "There's No Gettin' Over Me" from that same year and "Any Day Now" from 1982.
