Miles Teller & Jai Courtney talk Divergent

Recently we had two of the hot young guys from the new film Divergent in town. I was lucky enough to sit down and chat with them and they had a lot to say. The two rising stars clearly being a bit cheeky with members of the media. Miles Teller giving only semi serious answers. When asked about the training that he endured he mentioned that "No one really throw's knives.. because you'd have to go and pick it up. It's better to hold the knife in your hand."

Jai Courtney had a more serious air about him. The Australian actor has just been cast in the next Terminator film in the role of Kyle Reese. But we couldn't get him to talk about it. I guess it's in a super secretive stage. Courtney did say he took away that the film was about "Self Discovery" to him.

This tour isn't just to do press interviews however. The two stars attended a screening of the film the night before to meet the fans. Miles says that it's nice to get out of his acting bubble, and to meet the fans of course "with security" while Jai Courtney said he'd never heard the word "selfie" so many times.

But Jai and Miles both knew what they were getting into when they signed on for the film. They mentioned when they were filming all the precautions seemed to be overkill, but the fan turn out on the promotional tour has proven why the studio was so cautious.

Neither guy has any expectations as far as box office performance, but they would love to see it do well so they can continue the series.

Divergent opens in Theaters March 21st. To see the entire interview check out the attached video.
